Cooks at Stanley Baking Co. serve a unique menu of creative, healthy breakfasts (see We Got the Beet) and trie-and-true classics (think scrambled eggs and bacon). We are nearly all from-scratch recipes. The kitchen is fast-paced and requires communication, attention-to-detail, and self-motivation. The staff here is positive and we have fun doing what we do. Applicants must be reliable, positive -minded, be culinary savvy, and be cool under pressure.
We are up-and-at-em early, as most cook shifts start around 6am. Which means your work day is done around 3pm, and there is plenty of day to get outside. Which is why Stanley, Idaho, is the best place on the planet to work and play this summer.
The season runs from mid-May to mid-October. Preference given to cooks that can commit to the entire season. Employee housing is very limited, but may be available. Pay is based on experience and competence.
