Responsible for greeting and assisting all resort guests which includes, but is not limites to luggage assistance, delivery assistance, responses to guest inquiries, and assisting the Front Desk when needed. Implement and maintain a service and philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Be courteous while meeting and greeting all guests arriving and departing the resort. Be responsible when handling guest luggage.
Develop loyal relationships with repeat and new guests.
Be familiar with all hotel services/facilities and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Accommodate guest requests for changes courteously and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times.
Additional duties as assigned by GM, FOM, or FDS.
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
Ability to converse with guests and employees in fluid English
