Schedule: Part time, flexible hours, 30-40 hours/week Summer, 10-30 hours/week Fall-Spring

Pay: $18.96 per hour

Location: Camp Courage in Maple Lake, MN

How You'll Contribute:
Create menus, recipes, and production standards
Lead kitchen operations alongside or in place of the Kitchen Manager when they are out.
Lead food prep and execution ensuring food service quality and guest satisfaction
Lead food service staff
Manage inventory and orders supplies
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Perform other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Previous cooking/kitchen experience
Experience with large quantity cooking and special diets preferred
Must have past supervisory/lead experience
Strong customer service skills
Organized with good time management skills
Willing to acquire MN Department of Health Food Managers License •
Have functional computer skills with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel
Must be able to pass an organizational background study
